Today's book review is Once More* by Terry Pratchett.
I picked this book up on impulse a while back without really looking at it very closely. It turns out that it was the souvenir book from Noreascon 4 (when Pratchett was GoH), and it's a collection of short stories and other writings, many of which are introductions to other books. The stories are good, and AFAIK not available otherwise. The articles give a little bit of insight into Pratchett's life and philosophy. It is particularly interesting and heartening to read his defense of fantasy as being relevant and important to life. His contempt for the mainstream literary critics who dismiss the fantasy genre is a delight.
8 out of 10.
