I went to EFRC today, because I'll be busy tomorrow.
A pretty routine day. Plenty of people, so I didn't have to do very much, which was good. Because it was hot -- mid 80's with very high humidity -- and I was moving slowly and feeling stupid all day. I have a bad feeling this is going to be a long summer for me.
I finally saw the new tiger for the first time. He's apparently adjusting somewhat but still not happy; I didn't get close to him.
The famous cicadas were out in some force; there were gazillions of the cast off shells on leaves and other surfaces, and pretty good numbers of live bugs, but they pretty much stayed high in the trees and weren't being directly bothersome to us.
I took a bunch of pictures. I want to look at them on my new machine, but it's still in the lab at work because I'm still not sure it's ready to come home. *grump*.
