Nice bullshit answer.
As I said elsehwere, I wanted the reflection piece myself but I failed to get a bid on it, and it would have been wrong of me to use my "power" to buy it after the art show was closed. Might have also been against the rules to purchase said image from you in the hall way after you were done with the showing.

If you said that to me, I was oblivious or someone flipped the write protect tab on my memory.
It would be cheating the con to sell you a piece that was in the art show at the con without giving them their commission, but it's perfectly OK in my understanding to negotiate privately with the artist after the con is over. That's why I'm supposed to have business cards, except that I'm such a lazy butthead that I haven't made them.
My current policy (based on an extensive track record of 1 prior private sale) is that I charge $20 for the 8x10 images unframed, or $25 framed like they were in the show, plus my cost to mail them if I have to.
